Help with "diver" error code

when I open the game in steam and the battle net app and it gets to the "checking for updates part" it gives me the diver error code. someone help pls

glad to know i'm not the only one, i'm going crazy spending half a day fixing this to no avail.

I have same error. I have tried all possible solutions found on internet. And it did not help.
I have tried:
Reinstall the game
Add DNS addresses to hardware properties.
Change internet connection to mobile hotspot.
Check and update game files.

Please let me know if there are any other possibilities how to solve this.

Just turn off the router for five minutes then play, restart is not enough, the router should completely Shut down for five minutes.

I just uninstalled. I'll wait till they put some update in that fixes it. I have plenty of other games to play. all i wanted to do was play some warzone.
