unable to launch game

everytime i click the start game button, it starts loading, a few seconds go by, the button goes from green to blue, then after like 20 more seconds it goes back to green and says "start" once again, nothing loads up, no popups, nothing, i just cant start the game? any way to fix this?

legit dont even know what that would be, but no, i havent played in a few years, i play tons of other live service games like destiny, halo etc but now that i redownloaded this game it wont even open

Battlenet or steam doesn't make any difference.

I know this is late but I did the same thing, recently redownloaded it and i have tried like 20 different fixes. Reinstalling, windows and drivers update, the admin start on start, enabling/disabling fullscreen optimizations, changing game directory, scan and repairing files and a bunch of other stuff yet nothing works :( kinda bummed out since i was ready to get back into CoD. Neither CoD HQ nor CoD MW2019 launch. same issue as tons of people in reddit, battlenet forums, steam forums etc etc. Im open to any fixes

Guys try to delete "C:\Users\<your username>\Documents\Call of Duty". When you reinstall the game this doesn't get deleted, so a fresh install isn't really fresh. Although I doubt it will help, you can at least give it try.

Hmm, this issue just happened for me. I cant get the game to launch anymore.

Verify the integrity of the game files. Worked like a charm for me :)
