Cannot launch the game, stuck on the Ricochet screen

Literally can't launch the game. Just gets stuck. Un/Reinstalled, used Revo to remove all of it, deleted the documents folder, disabled overlays, nothing works.

Being stuck on the anti-cheat screen is usually a sign of some software being on your PC that Ricochet does not like, similar to the reWASD debacle earlier this year.
