My Experience Recovering a Stolen Steam and Activision Account

I want to share a story about how my Steam Account and Activision account were stolen while I was on a business trip, and for four months I've been trying to restore them and recover everything I purchased on my Activision account. In April 2024, I received a message from a friend that my account had been banned in Steam, even though I hadn't played any games since 2022 (as I was away from home). Naturally, I contacted Steam support, and they responded within a day and restored my account. Kudos to Valve! My account had been set to the Turkish region with the name Murat.
Next, I began the process of recovering my Activision account (which didn't have two-factor authentication). I started explaining the situation to Activision support from my phone, and they told me to create a new account and file an appeal for the ban. While I was doing this and submitting proofs that it was my account, the hacker used the appeal to initiate the deletion of my account. When I finally managed to log into the account, I tried to use the appeal, but it was already ineffective. I began writing to support about what had happened. They kept passing me from one person to another without giving me adequate support. Honestly, it was like dealing with a bunch of kids. I waited for a response for 1-2 weeks, and one fine day, I couldn't access my Activision account at all.
I was at my wit's end and created another account to recover my original one, but support told me it was deleted and there was nothing they could do. Recently, I discovered another game on my Steam account (apparently purchased by the hacker) called Call of Duty: Vanguard. I decided to try logging in, and his Activision account was linked to my Steam account. Is that normal? I've been writing to Activision for so long with no response. Just compare Steam support with Activision support. See how people truly work. I don't know what to do in this situation, but if anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

I still have documents proving I was on a business trip and didn't use the accounts, as well as screenshots from Steam confirming the account theft.
