hitting hard issues with the lag myself. was fine till the update and i've legit dialed everything down to the most basic settings. even to the blurry level and still have screen stutter. i'm running a solid i9 with 16gb ram and a rtx4090 with 2tb ssd nvme
makes zero sense

Same, but i think it hase be something with connection, my fps and ping are fine and no packet loss

i have a similar setup, ill have a great few games and than ill have packet burst errors everytime i respawn. Its been happening since mw2 2022. I really think its the EOMM trying to slow down your ranked progression. I have a steady 30ms ping in the games where i get packet burst errors. It doesn't fluxuate at all and it is always a 30ms ping.

Eu tenho uma ideia para você: diminua o consumo de VRAM para 50% e também desligue "texturas sob demanda". Para mim resolveu.

The person said "I have an idea for you: decrease VRAM consumption to 50% and also turn off "textures on demand". It solved it for me."

There is no real solution for all these problems. I lowered Vram, set new ports and so on. I spent hours using the internet for helpful solutions.
The only solutions that is really true is, that the franchise is completley broken since they moved it to Gamepass and with the start of season 5, multiple problems appeared.

- latency issues
- packet burst
- DirectX12 crashes

I checked everything on my pc and with my internet router and also my speedtest, lag test and so on. Everything is working normal and fine.

I can not even run a multiplayer match wothout having any of the mentioned problems.

All these sort of solutions, are useless. Because in this case, Activision and MS fooled us all.
