Controller support is on, Steam Input is off, and software is up to date and controller is calibrated. It seems like the computer sensing it not as a gamepad but a mouse. Whenever the sticks are moved a cursor appears briefly and vanishes.
I plan to get edge in August and if I have this issue and fix it I'll let you know. I'm currently using ps5 midnight black controller.
You can also contact Playstation about it recommend calling them when they open on week days if you can't figure it out as they have technical support but not sure what they will do for that.
You can also contact Activision.
Try unplugging your mouse, keyboard as you launch game and plug only controller in.
Yeah I'll have to contact them Wednesday as that's the soonest I can. Thanks.
Let it be enforced by developers of the game, when they wish to use Steam Input(that's what the option does, enforce Steam Input at all times). Anyways leave it by default or disable it to see what happens. I'm pretty sure the game natively supports Playstation controllers, but you'll have to look at more on the Store Page. My DualShock 4 + the gyro works, although I don't really play with it.
