Game is not launching after season 5 update

Hello, my game doesn't start, when i launch the game it says launching but at the end nothing launches, checked booststraper.txt it says Failed to start service (1450). I tried reinstalling game, moving game to another drive, verify integrity of the game files, running as administrator. Game worked well before season 5 update, is there any way i can fix this problem? or i just should wait for patch notes or something like that?

Something on your computer is blocking subservices for the game...
Everyone should know that you have to uninstall rewasd with the uninstaller inside it
There could be other anticheat and/or antivirus/firewall blocking

I don't have any rewasd or something like that, the game is allowed on the firewall, also i don't have antivirus and other anticheats

I can't from steam but it will launch from Xbox PC
