12 seasons.

It's always 6 seasons, 1 year of lifetime.

Season 6 ends in early December and season 1 of BO6 will start immediately after.

So far, each season of MWIII lasts 57-58 days so S6 will end on wednesday/13 November, and that is 3 weeks after BO6 releases.
