I got perma banned..

Hey hey Call of Duty guys and girls,

I got perma ban yesterday for unauthorized software and manipulation of game data, in breach of article 3.c of Call of Duty Software License and Service Agreement and Terms of Use and the Call of Duty Security and Enforcement Policy. Your account is banned in all current and future Call of Duty titles, in accordance with article 14 of the Terms of Use.

Is it possible that the ''unauthorized software'' is DSX?
because i don't use anything else except DSX (just bcs of charge controller..) and Discord.
I used it for over 300 hours of play for sure.
and suddenly ban? after 300 hours? or someone reported me?
I don't get it... Of course Activision support is completely useless and they don't care about anything. They don't even want to tell me what unauthorized software I used or how I manipulated the data. I haven't tried Steam support yet, but it is absolutely clear to me that they will answer me ''write to Activision Support''. Once they give you a permaban in CoD, the only thing you can refer to is that someone hacked your account nothing else.
I am slightly disappointed and angry that I spent over 2.000 hours and more than 400 euros and they are not even able to write to me what I did.

So i guess bye bye 2.000 hours, all stuff in game, all skins, 850lvl, full XP on guns and the game itself (MW2+MW3+Warzone)... and you can do absolutely nothing absolutely nothing.

I will be very happy to share any experience with me :)

i guess i made it through this ban wave. was so worried i did not want to compramise my .50 kd profile. its really hard to cheat that high of a kd

That's hard to tell I guess, my friend is using DS4 for controller since ever, but never got banned or shadowbanned either. I am mouse and keyboard and I just keep getting shadowbanned for not sure what even and then have it lifted after few days. I guess this whole thing is just not working as supposed to.
Activision support can't tell you reason, because I quote what they responded me: "As a fellow player, I understand how you feel and want to contact the Security and Enforcement team. However, they are an internal team that we do not have any means of having communication with. For more information on Activision's Security & Enforcement policy, please refer to this article: https://support.activision.com/articles/call-of-duty-security-and-enforcement-policy."

That's basically why there is no way to get in touch with security team and know what you did to get shadowbanned or banned.
I can not believe a big company like that doesnt have comunication between its departments, but I guess it is what it is.
Did you try to appeal a ban maybe?

i use DS4, MSI, RIV, SCP u name it....

They do not trigger bans. U either did something or had something that SNEEKY, INTRUSIVE ricos**T clearly picked up on....

it constantly scans your pc, which yes - it is a breech but we probably accepted it in the LUA.

Might i add, its been proven countless times that activision have also 'cheated' their players. Either via hidden boosts (temp) to give allusion and make sales to installing bots in the matches that appear as players. There is a whole archive of Snake moves.

Until you think hard and try to figure it out, we can't know for sure.

i am very aware of what i just implied , you should learn how a KLA works. and how Pirated games circumvent DRM, not all do it the same way. KLA scans your PC at all times, its Registry and Programs looking for programs that are running with unsigned certificates or are accessing windows API calls or a hundred other things that Cheats do to access the games while its running. The Anti cheat does not know the difference between a cheat for another game and one used for CoD it just knows it shouldn't be there and as access to things it shouldn't so it bans you. You also don't know that those Pirated games DRM workaround leave behind or running on your PC. Remember nothing is free, if it is you are the Product.

Here's a Video that explains something about how Kernel Level Anti-cheat works . Keep in mind its 4 years old so its before AI was integrated in to the Anti cheat. So know its even more complicated and unforgiving. and no its not illegal

Did you protect your Activision account with 2FA? If not then someone hacked it, added their account to it and started playing with cheats.
