Shadow Banned without cause

I bought this game 2 days ago because a couple of my friends have been wanting to play it. After two days of playing I found out I was shadowbanned. Now, I am an adult with kids and a full time job and I play in my free time. I have not been rude to anyone I have not cheated. I play in party chat with friends so I don't talk to other players. Nothing I've done warrants being shadow banned However it happened. Somebody mentioned if you get spam reported it happens. I'm very frustrated because in my 2 days I've had a good amount of fun and I've been recommending that some of my friends give this game a shot despite the negative reviews. All that just got thrown back in my face and now I'm wondering if I should request a refund. I guess my point of writing this is to make people aware of this and maybe get insight into whether this will keep happening or turn into a permanent ban in the future if this consists. Again, I am on day 3 of playing. Will this continue and get worse? Are there consequences to getting banned multiple times? Will I lose my ability to play despite playing clean?

Update: I am requesting a refund. I didn't pay this kind of money for a game like this. This is ridiculous and I hope someone sees this that can make some changes to the way things work.

I think it's an old ban from other game followed you to this game, and it will keep following you to many other games in the future.
sorry this is the future and you are already in the blacklist that shared between gaming companies.
My advice to you never buy an online game with this account or any other accounts because they know you well, the same company that own this game ( Microsoft ) is the same company that own your PC operating system ( Microsoft ) so there is no escape, don't even try.

I got shadowbanned awhile ago (over a year ago) when this shadowbanning business started. I am, at best, a medicore player and still use a keyboard and mouse. Ergo - it was pretty hilarious that I would get shadowbanned. I reached out to whatever entities there were back then - I do not remember exactly, but I do remember it was very limted in terms of folks to contact. At that point - I went to BBB and filed a complaint and within a day the ban was lifted. That was my experience and, subsequently, I have heard others mentioning using BBB because of this so methinks its not unheard or does not work.

New update I can't get a refund so my opinion is now that this company is crooked and a lot of people have lost money on this game and I recommend anyone having similar problems to leave a review and report to the Better Business Bureau because that is some way to gain traction to make things change.

I got shadowbanned this morning , this game is crazy ♥♥♥♥.
Not cheating nor using weird stuff.
