I got perm banned from cod permanently

Im gonna be honest, I payed for someone to give me camos just wondering if im able to get unbanned and if i do i will delete all the custom builds.

he did not cheat, according to what he said. He used a program that interfered with the game files, that is, opening paid and closed skins

Yep a unlock tool. That what it is called. And they don't usually issue hardware bans on first offense. He would just have to create a new Activision account and get a new steam account or battle net account and don't cheat again. The reason they don't issue hardware bans on first offense is so you learned your lesson and won't do it again but sometimes they can issue them on first offense depending on what was done.

i mean he cheated getting the skins. Did not get them as intended. Doesn't ruin the game for anyone though. I understand what happened though yes.

That exactly what a cheater would say. Oh flying around the Map with a scorcher doesn't hurt anyone. Doing tombstone glitch doesn't hurt anyone. Then they get hit with reality when they get that hammer striking down with big bold letters BANNED

I like very much that you are honest. I'm sorry you lost your account. Unfortunately, there is no way to change that. With only boosted or hacked camos, you won't have a lock on your hardware. At least you will be able to play the next CoD with a new account. However, you have to be careful now. The next incident will result in a hardware ban, which means you will have to buy every single piece of hardware again to be able to play again. By the way, the so-called spoofers are not a solution - nowadays almost more people are banned for “hide your identity” spoofers than for active cheats.

i got also permanently banned on early may, I had not played the game since mid april, and had only played the game for max 20 hours after I unlocked the interstellar camo back in like january or february, went to appeal the ban and activision replied with "your account has been permanently banned for using unauthorized software and manipulation of game data. As you were the account holder at the time of infraction, your ban will not be overturned." always played multiplayer (never touched warzone, that's where all the cheaters are) and had a 2.2 k/d but that was because all i played was invasion where there is no sbmm, have also heard reports of console players being banned for the same reason so it isnt a pc only issue.

you could try to make a new account and play on that. If you don't get banned on that account you should be clean
