Bans are not instant if you cheated in the past it finally caught up to you when they reviewed you.
If you believe your innocent do the appeal a ban step then contact Activision step.

Lol. They ban glitchers. It in the security enforcement policy. People who did tombstone glitch even got banned.
Refund not possible. Appeal not possible (apparently I used a different email when I created Activision account and no idea what it was).

People who search on YouTube for glitches then do them in game. A developers error. It states in the policy it doesn't matter if it a developer error or not you can get ban when you do it
