Watch videos on YouTube then decide. And even the next cod will have some issues like always. You would just have to watch videos on YouTube of the gameplay to see if you like it or not.
Not every cod game is for everyone.
There is no difference. A modder is a modder which is a cheater.
"Adjusting the volume" like making the footsteps louder? If so, unfair advantage = cheating.
I will say I don't think its still worth its full price but if you enjoyed any of the CoDs since MW2019 you will probably have a good time. Just be warned though the matchmaking in this game is a bit punishing if you start doing very well or go on a win streak, it will start putting you in more lobbies where everyone is trying really hard to win and starts becoming less casual.
