how to unban my account?

don't worry i'm no cheater, you can see in my account that i don't have that many hours on it,i used to have fps stutter and perfomance issues, so one day i tried that fsr3 mod on call of duty, i use it on many games to get an fps boost, but after some time idle in the lobby i got banned on call of duty
i ordered a new intel core i7 which will help my perfomance i guess, so i wanted to try this game again, but first ill have to remove the ban, what should I do?

Permanent bans are Permanent. You can try appealing the ban on this website, though I've never heard of them reversing bans.

when i camp and have a KD of 30 or 23 and have masterd my MTZ interceptor and get head sgots all the time with my cluster mins and claymores and ... . yes everyone reports me in every lobby every single day. i was confident too that it wont matter how many people report me the game knows i just grind but here i am trying to explain it to someone who doesnt matter if he believes me .

You cheated lol. No camper with that kind of KD just randomly gets banned for "no reason".
