do console and pc share dlc ?

if you're buying it on the same activision account you won't have to buy it twice

Anything that is purchased using COD POINTS will transfer from PC to PS5... however, your wallet of COD points will not. Anything purchased with real money like CDL packs, PRO packs, and COD points will not transfer. COD points earned or purchased on PS5 will remain on your PS5 (same for PC).

the answer is yes but not for all dlcs the cod league dlcs those dont transfer i have them on pc but when i hop on ps5 or xbox they are not there

aslong as your activision account is linked you keep all bought items. There are a couple exceptions for DLC/Skins that are Playstation exclusive mostly the ones that come with PS+ for free
