Paired Akimbo fire on PC?

I see in thr settings for controller input that you can set Akimbo to paired fire (where only RT is needed to fire both) However I don't see this option for mouse so I am forced to press both Left and Right mouse keys, which is rather annoying! It does my absolute head in.

Can this be changed? Or am I stuck like this?

The option is in there, you should look a little more.

Just type in Akimbo in the search bar and it should show up.

Ahhh thank you! I don't know how I missed it, I didn't realise you could actually search in the settings. I'm very new to the modern COD franchise as a whole.
