I FOUND THE FIX FOR CRASHING! 13700K, 4070.

I have a 4070 with a 13700k and I trried everything in the book for finding out how to stop crashing, and from YT vids, from reinstalling drivers, game, steam, verifying files, etc the trick that helped me is to downloading XTU (Intel Extreme Tuning, just search it up on the web) , download it and then change your performance (this first row) from 57 to 50 or 49, trust me itll work. MW3 cant handle too good of cpu/s so you have to underclock just to play, its weird but it is what it is. let me know if this works. its YT vuds explaining it better too.

That's not true. I have no crashes with my 14900KF. You just have to switch off all overclocking. This is often already active in the standard BIOS setting without you noticing it. XMP (Intel) and Expo (AMD) must also be switched off, which is also overclocking. With Intel, the power targets PL1 and PL2 must be set to the values of the CPU manufacturer and not those of the motherboard manufacturer. And then everything is super stable.

Yes, the game is poorly coded and is therefore more prone to crashes than other games or benchmarks. Nevertheless, the crashes are caused by overclocking.

i have i5 13400F and i never get crashed on cod. I never manually overclock them.
