Once you report a bug if not listed in known bugs it will take awhile before it gets added.

Choose mw3 then gameplay then can't connect online then click create a support ticket. https://support.activision.com/options?

week 5 challenges+season 3 reloaded will unlock in 5 and half hours

if u read it.. you would see that the missions are not active yet
