!!CHECK YOUR VITUAL MEMORY!!

I had an issue with cod crashing on me every freaking time i opened cod or played a game, with no answers or real reports as to what caused the crash, I then tried playing another game and it gave me an error saying my virtual memory was too low. I did a little bit of googling and found this way to increase virtual ram.

"Press Windows key + I to open the Settings app.
Head to System > About.
Select Advanced system settings.
Under Performance, select Settings.
Open the Advanced tab. Under Virtual memory, select Change. Here are your Virtual Memory options.
If you want to set custom virtual memory settings, you'll have to uncheck the box to Automatically manage paging file size for all drives. Once you clear the check box, the Virtual Memory options below will become accessible. Select Custom Size, then input your desired virtual memory size and select OK."

If your virtual memory is at 0 then that was one of your problems, make sure you reset your pc. This is not the solution for everyone but it helped with my problem and I hope it helps with yours!

this sir is literally common sense, i child who just came out of his mother womb knows about this. the rule of thumb is if you have 16gb of ram you will need to set the min amount to 1.5 times. meaning 16 times 1.5 comes to 24 needed for the min. the max is 3 times that of the amount of ram you have meaning 48gb for max.

now for me my min is 96gb and max is 192gb. truthfully without trying to sound like an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ but you should have known this. hell i knew this when i first got my first pc ever. an eMachines w3107 all the way back to 2004 when i was 14.
even when i didn'[t have my own pc and was using a hand me down with a cpu that wan at 500mhz with 256Mb ram with a 1.5gb hard drive running windows 95. even then i knew about Virtual Memory. every single game i have ever played since windows 95 has told you to make sure you have at least 1gb for min and max of 2gb. but now that we have much more ram we need to increase the min and max. but most of the time you can just let windows auto manage it. windows does a great job at managing it.

I understand that bro, but is normal you couldnt get a answer, because is not a game fault, is your computer fault, no one has for default 0 virtual memory assigned in windows. This means the fault was on your computer settings.
