MW3 Free Trial DLC Pack

So I was checking all installable DLC packs for the game that I own (I do own the full game) and one of them was listed as ''Free Trial'', being installed for 30.21 GB.
Anyone knows what this is and if it's safe to uninstall? As said I own the full game.

yeah you can, this dlc is to download for people who want to try the game

Select MP modes only plus Zombies.

Again, I'm not asking if I can play the free trial. I'm saying when owning the full game, which I do, it also installs a ''free trial'' dlc pack worth 30GB. I'm asking if that's needed to run the game or if I can uninstall it and still play.

It seems the access was allowed but the modes haven't unlocked yet. Try again in 12 minutes or so.
