If you buy MW3 does it come with MW2?

So I want to play Modern warfare 2 should I just buy 2 then? I looked at MW3 and it says any edition MW3 comes with MW2 and warzone. Im new to call of duty games. Is that just misleading marketing?

If you want to you can, I try to give a valid opinion on both games instead of just review bombing and saying they suck, But MW2 was good. I am not sure if they have some bundle going on where if you buy MW3 you get MW2. But if that's the case go for it. Everything you unlock in MW2 will Transfer over into MW3. So if you play MW2 more and buy stuff on there then it will get transferred over.

It sounds like they have a bundle going on since they have a publisher sale. So yeah I would get two games for the price of one plus skins. Yeah that's kinda worth and you can use them in either game.

No. If you're buying a bundle, it's just saying that the bundle is available for use in either game. You don't get both games. Activision would never be so generous.

You get a soap and ghost skin to use, That's usable in MW3, MW2 and Warzone. I don't think buying MW3 gives you MW2.

I believed it is only talking about editions which means vault edition however I am unsure you can ask Activision about it

Choose mw3 then gameplay then can't connect online then click create a support ticket. https://support.activision.com/options?

Modern warfare 2 doesn't have that under about game.

You don't get both games. You just get skins that can be used in both games. Why they chose to do it this way, I don't know. If you want to play Call of Duty, you're better off just getting the latest one (MW3). Support for MW2 in terms of updating, new content, etc. has already ended, for the most part.

So you would have to ask steam support they said. I'm assume since when you go to the store page for mw3 2023

It says buy any edition to receive mw2 2022 so the only edition on the store page is the vault edition.

However if you buy it and load it up and don't have mw2 2022 just request a refund

The reason I say that is because valve support takes a while and the current deal could be gone before then.
