MWZ Aether Blades spinning glitch

idunno what or how it happened, i was doing T3 contract weapon stash and using blades to hit zombies and out of nowhere they never returned, i hear the noise they make and i see them outside stuck in air spinning, was unable to get them back at all, i went to dark aether and my lethals were empty as if i never had one

Same thing happened to me tonight... threw it then realized it didn't refill, looked around where I through it and it was sitting there spinning in the air. Could not retrieve.
