I agree that it is unethical to attempt this for MP play, but I never play online with other people in any games because of that very reason... the cheating is out of control. But as far as I know, SP should not cause any issues.
Anyway, as I said, all of the instructions that I have seen have way different folders and files than what my directory is showing.
I think your thinking about mw3 2011 and not mw3 2023. As it doesn't have console commands. Or share video or article where you found such information.
I like to play my games in SP and utilize "cheats" how I see fit for my own personal experience. It helps me to get better at certain aspects of a game. Sometimes a game glitches an ammo cache pickup, and I get screwed out of ammo... I will spawn the ammo that I should have gotten.
Sometimes I just want to experience the Story Line, other times I just want to see what certain gear does or how to use it.
Like I said, I don't like MP because of the "cheaters", but what I do in SP should be my own business since it doesn't affect anyone else.
Well it relates because Activision doesn't want you to have fun in singleplayer, just as much as they don't want me (someone who doesn't pay for the newest skins in the shop) having fun in multiplayer.
"For example, in one implementation, the system may include a microtransaction engine that arranges matches to influence game-related purchases. For instance, the microtransaction engine may match a more expert/marquee player with a junior player to encourage the junior player to make game-related purchases of items possessed/used by the marquee player."
"The microtransaction engine may analyze various items used by marquee players and, if the items are being promoted for sale, match the marquee player with another player (e.g., a junior player) that does not use or own the items. Similarly, the microtransaction engine may identify items to be promoted, identify marquee players that use those items, and match the marquee players with other players who do not use those items. In this manner, the microtransaction engine may leverage the matchmaking abilities described herein to influence purchase decisions for game-related purchases."
"In some implementations of the invention, analytics and feedback engine 124 may determine a quality score based on one or more business factors that describe a business value derived from a given gameplay session. For example, and without limitation, a business factor may include a business concern such as an amount of revenue derived from a given gameplay session (e.g., number or amount of in-game purchases, number of impressions of an advertisement or other ad-based revenue stream, etc.), a level of customer engagement, and/or other information that can be used to assess a level of value derived from a given gameplay session."
"For example, in one implementation, the system may include a microtransaction engine that arranges matches to influence game-related purchases. For instance, the microtransaction engine may match a more expert/marquee player with a junior player"
"For example, if the player purchased a particular weapon, the microtransaction engine may match the player in a gameplay session in which the particular weapon is highly effective, giving the player an impression that the particular weapon was a good purchase."

I'm just more spamming the patent in ways that stops the bot from detecting me and I appreciate your outlook. Activision could absolutely allow you to mod singleplayer, security risks is the least of their concerns there. Ricochet 10000% knows who's cheating or not, but it bans based on business factors (This patent doesn't say that, that's some tinfoil hat stuff)... But that's not important. COD just doesn't allow modding of singleplayer because they aren't a fun company.
Ok, so they got my money and can care less if I can get as much out of it as I can! SMH
Yes your getting confused. That link is for CoD 2, World at War and CoD4 modern warfare and Call of Duty is 2003.
For mw3 2011 people downloaded a 3rd party tool to use console commands.
Modern warfare 3 2023 doesn't have console commands.
You can go here and leave feedback about it.
