I tried that but it was denied. I logged into activation and saw that someone linked their battle net account and started adding friends. Then a few minutes later my account was banned. I understand why it was banned in the first place if the person that took the account was hacking. The ban happened after that account was linked. Support told me that it happened before my account was banned but that's false as I have emails to prove that.
Contact them by their email and send a screenshot with your email that is tied to your Activision account with the Screenshots then maybe if they see that they would reverse their decision if compromised. You can find their email here

Even when the account is hijacked, the ban will not be removed.
On the appeal form it says "it will not be overturned unless we determine the infraction was due to unauthorized activity on your Activision account." They should have logs and not "best guess" it.
No developer/company releases that information without court order.
My question is how are we supposed to know what software we can't have on our computers? I've NEVER cheated, I have NO cheating software on my computer.
Nope, not true. I've never cheated. Hopefully they will hit you with a false ban here soon so I can tell you that you cheated.
According to your profile comments it looks like you just accuse people of cheating. LOL
If still they refuse then you can just create a new Activision account and get rid of the old one by going to https://support.activision.com/privacy
If you can't remove the old account then you would just have to create a new Activision account and link it to a new PlayStation, Xbox, Battle net or steam account.
Thanks for this information. I will do that.
I'm unable to un-link the accounts so I would have to create a new one and buy the game again. I wasn't sure if it was a hardware ban or how far it went.
I don't think they issue hardware bans. You would have to review the links below and determine for your self what to do.

Just don't have any software running in the background if you create a new account or you could run into the same issue again but if you do run into it again make sure you know what you have in the background that is causing it. Then let them know so they can properly investigate it.
