Non-English speaking lobbys?

This is the first call of duty where I've consistently faced the issue of not having anyone in my lobby's that speak English. Almost every game of ranked i play, my team speaks either french, Spanish or Russian. Thats fine and all, but when it comes to communication, thats just as bad as someone not having a mic. What ever happened to region locking?

It's the Matchmaking. That's also part of the reason why Connection is bad sometimes.

They have to make sure to get the closet exact players in your Lobby to either make you lose or give you a win.

The French makes sense being relatively close to Canada.

I don't know what's worse. Sometimes I just have to F-9 everyone because some rich kids are screaming their heads off. They just get wound-up on with their Gah, gah, I got a kil! Aaarrggh then turn on the turbo chargers. I just have a go their parents let CoD baby sit them.

This doesn't happen to me a lot, but maybe 2 times per hour.
