my account has been reset

My account is level 1 and all gun levels have been reset.
A fish called minot hawthorne appeared and was reset.
Even the battle pass is not loading progress.
Does anyone know anything about this or a solution?

I was originally level 365, I took a break roughly an hour ago.
I was about to log back on. Now my account is defaulted to level 1, all my weapons are level 1, my calling card defaulted.
First MW3 Zombies being totally unplayable. Now this.
Really starting to not even bother anymore with the sheer amount of letdowns.
This is Worse than Cyberpunk 2077. At least they fixed their game. And still continue to add content and patches to this day.

It's not reset... the servers are down, so it cant get your account information, when the servers are back up everything will be back to normal.

Your rank etc is not stored client side it's stored on db's server side.
