Activision lost over 50 million players in a few months about a year back and that hurt Activision big time.
So you have no idea what you're talking about.
If those 50 million spent $500.00 each that's a 25 billion dollar loss. Obviously you can't figure player numbers and monies out.
So I am one heck of a loss to the franchise.
The COD games keep getting worse. The downfall is going to hit Activision in the pocket hard one of these days. That day seems get closer with every bad COD release and Activision doing nothing about issues with the game.
They have been riding the COD name for far too long and producing crap to sell at top dollar.
Seems like Microsoft is just riding the wave also.
Anything has to be better than COD at this point.
50 million players? What are you smoking? I doubt that cod ever had 50M players overall lol… how can you lose 50M if you don‘t even have about 50M players. You guys pick random numbers out of the air 😂😂🤣
Obviously you're another one who doesn't understand numbers.

The most recently stated company figures claim that there were 100 million monthly active users of Call of Duty at the end of 2020. At the end of 2020, the series had over 250 million players, up from 70 million people who played Call of Duty in 2018.
Why do you people think that Microsoft paid $69 billion for Activision? It wasn't because of low player count.
The worst part is: its not a management problem either. Activision IS throwing money at suing cheat makers, and funding their own anti cheat.
The problem is at the employee level. Ricochet is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ useless. We dont want devs toying with cheaters, and making them shoot invisible enemies. WE WANT THEM PERMANENTLY BANNED.
They are talking about Warzone free to play. Those guys don‘t spend a dime. Plus they are writing that players peaked at 150M players for a SHORT PERIOD of time. That means people tried it and it was not fun for them while the core audiance stays on it and like it. Most players from asia play free to play cuz they don’t have as much money as western country people. You can never reach 150M players in western countries. Its techincally not possible cuz population is too low. So you cry about asian free to play players that rarely spent any money because they don’t have as much.
If you don‘t believe activision blizzard quartely revenue reports before microsoft buyout. You will see those 50M players were free to play and don‘t spend much anyways.
Activision won't ban the cheaters because most of them spend money. Look, Activision doesn't even ban the streamers and most of them are blatantly hacking. Come on now, some carrying a 8 KD, pfft. So many vids that the streamers post themselves shows that they are cheating.
And Activision doesn't do a damn thing except praise them and send them to events. When Activision should be banning them permanently. It's a scam that people make money cheating, I mean streaming COD, it should be fraud.
