Limited Time Bundles gone forever (specifically the warhammer one)

I want the warhammer bundle but it has been out of the store for a while, I heard that you can buy old bundles via blueprints, but I want to know before putting the time in to get to level 4 again (played on console before and it didn't carry over the data)
