Shader bugs when ADSing with some weapons. Had it with Kar98k for example.

In the past deleting nvidia shader cache and then restarting shader caching from inside the game has helped but haven't tried it now because getting so tired with this game, there's always some problem one way or another.

It's always been that way hasn't it? the grainyness in screen space reflections, and shadows, you know reflections on shiny weapons and mirrors or glass (on windows or car body/glass), i play at 1080p, im guessing the grainyness goes away a bit for you guys if your at 1440p or 4k?

oh, right, no i think i saw it in a building window with a light in the room, its like a big chunky checkerboard pattern right? my bad,

what i see is probably normal due to resolution in my examples (grainyness on weapon ejection port and on marble wall)

oh wow, i have seen this but only on distant shadows like if im across the street and i see in through a window at a room light source, if i see it again ill show if it helps to confirm the issue.

I messed with every setting... dumped it down to minimum, and it still does it, maxed the resolution for rendering to 4k, and still get it.

Not sure what is causing it, im on a 4070, and still getting 180fps, and this is a constant.

I even tried to update nvidia, and using their optimizer, but it still persists. Hoping its not my GPU going bad, but it's less than a year old.

its only this game that does it

This is the classic shader cache bug which has been there since MW2019 on PC.
Go to %appdata%\LocalLow\NVIDIA\PerDriverVersion\DXCache and delete the files. Some of them might be locked but you can skip those.
Then restart shader caching in MW3.
