Best COD game for purely offline?

I feel playing some FPS games on my Steam Deck, since I will be playing on flights and airports etc, I can only play offline modes (don't care about campaigns).

Which COD games has the best/most complete offline experience? For example having most/all MP modes and maps that I can just play offline with bots, with most/all weapons accessible etc?

argh actually I just found out all COD games on PC (except maybe WW2) do not allow you to play anything other than campaign without an internet connection. So no point getting them for the Switch Deck since I will almost never have an internet connection when outside...
