how do I get the strongest aim assist in the game???

hello so I play with a controller like rest of you noobs and I was wondering if there is any way to make my aim assist much stronger? I typically get less kills than I used to with a keyboard and mouse and for the most of the time my crosshair slips away from the enemy, not to mention I have issues with killing enemies from afar. I tried to do something about that but I can't seem to get it to work. I have seen plenty of aim assist players to have such an aim that it follows literally everyone's head and they effortlessly kill anyone, so here's my question - how do I do it?
