WUBZ Party Pack no more XP boost when in party?

I thought of buying the WUBZ Party Pack with my friend. But how come I don't see the information about the XP boost anymore? Is it gone?

most likely cuz there is a 2x XP event going on right now anyways so the skin bonus wouldnt make a difference.
