Enhanced Vision - Broken/Glitched visuals

Its come to my attention that the enhanced vision on my Version of MW3 is infact incorrect.

while watching a live stream i watched the streamer use the field upgrade and it looked insanely different than what i get.
They get a more de-saturated view with clear outlines.
I get blown out White haloing on everything. unclear highlights and a very small spherical radius of effect.

Any ideas wtf happend here?

I have tried changing my graphics settings to all of the presets. any ideas? cant find anything on google

From the screenshot suggest sticking with the 'basic' view.

that's how it looks for me, but meanwhile it does highlight the enemy properly

As ive stated ive tried all the presets. theyre also on Pc. so im baffled how extremely different they look to each other.
