will my ban from mw3 carry over to bo6????

i was perma banned on mw3 like 2-3 months ago because i was using an unlock all tool. no aimbot ,no walls and no other cheats that help with performance etc. just skins and weapon attachments. Just wondering if my ban would carry over, and if i should purchase it on a diff steam acc. I'd appreciate any feedback🙏

All game ban on record gets carried over to future Call of Duty titles. Therefore, don't waste your money and move onto different IP.

It could. Until the game goes live (or even during the beta), you won't know for sure.

If BO6 will have Ricochet, then yes, your ban will carry over.

Since there's no carry forward for cosmetics and unlocks this time and CoD will be coming to Game Pass, this is the best time to leave your Activision account behind and start over. Since you got banned recently you might want to keep in mind that you are also HWID banned, that means the "fingerprint" of your PC is banned and if you buy a new copy on a completely new account, even with a new IP you will still get instantly banned due to your HWID.
The solution to this is buying a new motherboard or CPU (maybe some other parts aswell, but you can't just pop a new disk and get a new HWID). If you want to be extra careful you can just buy a Game Pass subscription once the game comes out and test it out.

They can carry over is the thing. Once the beta goes live, the Activision account will be updated with the info if it is carried over, along with another Game ban on the Steam account.

The ban appeal page will show the current games the account is banned in and if it is carried over, the beta for BO6 during the beta and when the game is released, it will show that as well.

They didn't before, I have a ban on MW2019 and it didn't carry over (just stuck in a shadowban loop) but since MW2022 they do, MWII ban = MWIII ban = WZ ban.
As mc-Hotsauce says, it's not guaranteed it will carry over, but there's a high probability it will, since it seems they want to integrate everything together lately
