shadowplay keeps turning off instant replay

anyone else getting this? I only consistently get this with call of duty. only started a month or so ago. tried reinstalling and nothing, i'm mostly just curious if anyone else has problems with this and it's the game being scuffed rather than my setup not working suddenly

I had this issue with Elden Ring a couple months ago, I just updated my drivers and it fixed itself.
