This stopped my issues with driectX crashing and the game freezing.
it was rate to freeze, but directx crashing was constant at 80%, then pretty often at 70%.
i have 16gb vrm, i would figure 70% fine for 2560x1080 and lowest graphics but nope.
also tried using system ram as vrm, called hbcc memory segment. I have 128gb ram and threw 25gb at it and was less crashy than 80% but more than 70%. so that's not advised.
My friend also crashes when going from Ultra to Extreme settings. Also after playing some time the game's graphics glitch out and the game crashes.
If only one game is displaying an issue, then most likely the issue is with the game itself.
If i can only do 60% with lowest settings on my ultra wide 1080p, then your 8gb may need to be that low, or 50%
i don't notice any difference in visual quality with using lower ram. I do however use VSR in amd, the nvidia equivelent of that is DLSS.
