Call of Duty® and accounts at Activision

Hi

Have logged in to my activision account to test something on COD bought here.
Logged out and in to my kid's account, then back again.

Now I'm locked for 12 months. Is this for real?
Read that someone had submitted a case on this and got it fixed.
I have sent them a message and waiting on answer.

We were on an E-sport canter today. We logged into my kid's account so he could continue playing where he was.
Could not find a log out button in COD, so the center had to restart the ps5 to get the login deleted. Now this account is on 12 month also.
Is there a way to log out from Activision account in COD?


I thought the thing with logging in like this was that we could play where we wanted and continue where we stopped last time.
