Zombies act 3: storm the castle mission, there is no legacy fortress on map

I have done the first 2 task in storm the castle mission act 3. and now i always do not see the fortess on map. its always empty, open and no soldiers, no boss (at start every single game) . i have done the first task a few time and nothing happend. any tipps ? or its a bug. find nothing to help me in google. ??? stuck in this mission :( . anyone have a idea ?
