FSR 3 and Frame Generation Problem

I have GTX 1660 and I have 100fps in average without FSR 3 and Frame Generation.

When I turn on the FSR 3 and also the Frame Generation it shows me that I have 144fps in average but it feels like 40fps.
So this is a fps problem or just my GPU isn't supported by Frame Generation?

You need RTX series if you want to use Frame Generation.

for dlss yes but not fsr3

poor implementation i think, for me there is a lot of shutter when i activate it, i got rx 6600, tbh i think it's just that the game is not optimised at all....

Fsr 3.0 is bad optimized... So it is just numbers . not a real fps

but to use frame generation you need dlss 3

frame generation can only be used on nvidia rtx 4000 series of videocards.
