Season 2 Blackcell Battlepass Bug

I bought the Season 2 Blackcell in the Steam Store and I didn't receive anything ingame.

EDIT: Should be fixed now by restarting (Unsure)

I had a problem after purchasing the Blackcell Season 2 Combat Pass for CoD MW III on Steam, which was not detected in the game. After clearing the Steam cache and re-verifying the game files, the game wouldn't start. However, after uninstalling the game and deleting the Activision folder from C:/Users/nickname/AppData/Local and the Call of Duty folder from the Documents folder and reinstalling the game, the game now runs correctly and the combat pass is detected in the game.
