Low res textures in a good computer?

I just downloaded the game yesterday, played it right now and the graphics are all low (even though my settings are on high).

I didn't download Warzone (on the DLC), just Warzone 2023, maybe thats the reason?

Why does it look crappy when my pc is good and the settings are all on high?

You have to turn on on-demand texture streaming. That will load high quality textures overtime as you download them. This obv will affect your internet.

Why couldn't they just let you download the high-res textures from the get go? That used to be the case with MW2019 and BOCW but it got changed.

I downloaded the shaders and its a little bit better, but sometimes it doesnt even show my gun lol
