activision would crush them, they're backed by microsoft now too
But Activision sucks too. They couldn't figure out a way to confirm that reWASD was turned on/off on a users PC and crash people's games that way? They're either lazy or lack talent. Plus, they could've put up a notification when the pushed the update saying "your PC has reWASD installed which is incompatible with CoD" instead of wasting hours of my time trying to troubleshoot the crashes.
u potato are nothing but a spineless potato lvl 0(hunchback with multiple accounts), thats ZERO again 4 u
u rlly are a ZERO so keep you worthless comments in your dirty hole
3. How does the RICOCHET Anti-Cheat kernel-level driver work?
The PC kernel-level driver monitors and reports applications that *attempt* to *interact* with Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Call of Duty: Warzone, or Call of Duty: Vanguard, allowing the RICOCHET Anti-Cheat team to determine if a machine is utilizing unauthorized processes to manipulate the game.
9. Is the kernel-level driver in RICOCHET Anti-Cheat always-on, even when I’m not playing a game using RICOCHET Anti-Cheat?
No. RICOCHET Anti-Cheat’s kernel-level driver will *only operate* when you *play* a game using RICOCHET Anti-Cheat on PC. The driver shuts down when you exit the game and turns on when you start a new game.

Personally, I think point 9 is not the whole truth, as it's a kernel driver and its set to start/run at boot; therefore, it technically is active even if the game isn't running; it may not be performing all its available functions (allegedly) until the game process calls it, but it's still running constantly none the less.
This would confirm that ActiPuss are indeed spewing B$ when it comes to their claims of how and when the driver is running or active, especially if the flagged programme in question isn't even running or interacting with relevant processes prior to launching the game.
With the absolute massive amount of false bans, and yes, I said it, it is indeed an issue whether you believe it or not, purely, IMO, from the absolute reliance of the machine learning side of the driver and the sheer lack, if any, of human interaction who is supposedly following up and confirming these positive detections and player reports.
To Note:
Barring the fact a company needs to resolve issues as trivial as cheating by resorting to the use of a kernel-mode driver instead of developing more secure code, is just a lazy cost-cutting method and nothing more, IMO, not to mention the privacy and potential security issues that could arise if an exploit happens to be found. Look up what happened with the Genshin Impacts anti-cheat driver for an example.
I'm calling out corporate as being lazy here & not the devs/coders, as they don't have the required amount of time to remedy the issue sufficiently & securely nor paid nearly enough to even have the incentive too, or anywhere near the amount one would think, from what a AAA title can pull in, especially as management is no doubt hounding them flat stick for a solution or quick fix, just to try & kerb some backlash from the public/media because share holders are starting to get antsy. I could go on here, but it's more than likely falling on death ears.
In short, theyll never be able to stop cheating, not until some fundamental change comes about. People that are cheating know their cheating; 98% of them are not going to make a massive song and dance about it, and the remaining 2% don't bother posting their innocence on the topic, as they know damn well the venom these big, bad, and tough keyboard warriors will spew out.
