Warzone 3 High cpu usage low gpu usage

I've been playing warzone for quite some time now (addicted) as its somehow fun again, but after i did the driver update from nvidia, the game started to feel kinda clunky.
In task manger, the cpu usage is high af about 80% to 90% and the gpu 6% to 15% with the game just using the vram and i noticed hard drop frames from 60+ to 20FPS
making me lose all my fights.
Also on the drops the GPU usage sky rocket
and then drops downs again.
Also i get a crash after i return to the lobby saying Directx encounterd an unrecoverable error and i can't find any fix in the time of writing this.
Any help or suggestions so i can fix this pesky problems ?

This game with more updates is worse and worse. I stopped playing. This is unplayable at the moment and I am playing with Ryzen 7 5800x and Radeon 7800 XT. It looks laggy as hell. Players are more and more hard to kill and I am dying on camera after few hits. This game is done for me. I had like over 700+ level and they reseted everything to level 1.... Facapalm. More and more idiots running big companies I swear.
