Fix for crash/freezing game
I found something, and now it works.

Windows Settings > Game Mode > Graphics > Search for Call of Duty HQ > Options > Check "Do not use optimization for games in window mode" > Save.
Then go in Explore File > Documents > Search for CoD folder > Right button > Delete.
Try to launch the game.

Hoping to help someone.
Let me know if it works.

It could work for it too I think. Deleting the CoD's folder you should reset the game.
If u tried everything try this too and see. It does not affect your profile or anything else.

for anyone having this issue: look for randgrid.sys, it might need to be in a different drive, check your bootstrapper.log Jesus Christ.
If u have reWASD - delete, they are in conflict
