I want to REFUND 15,000 CP points

My son accessed my account without my permission and purchased 15,000 CP points, and I just found out about this from my credit card
please activation refund or compensate me for this

Also i want to teach my son a lesson, what should I do?

Since it isn't their fault your account was accessed by your son, they don't have an obligation to refund you (and wouldn't anyway due to their terms and conditions). Some companies such as Epic can refund in game currency, if it hasn't been spent, but Activision Blizzards official policy is

trust me, it will, steam wont let you buy anything else until you paid them the same amount of money back. Happened toa buddy of mine, you have a very harsh restricted account when you do that. Steam really doesnt like that
