HRM-9
Explain how to install a 50-round magazine on the HRM-9. The weapon has a maximum level but there are locks on the modules.

No. I checked. "Level up HRM-9 to 18." . It's Maximum 18 now. Still Closed.

I just played with the 50 round mag equipped one hour ago, maybe try restarting the application?
