Why doesn't anyone have recoil?

Every lobby I enter, of 12 players 7 to 8, does not have recoil on weapons, especially those who play on console.
In addition to this event, I find it very strange how many people's sights follow the enemy.
I follow a lot of pro players and it really is very different.
Is there something I don't know yet behind this?

AA can really help with recoil its BS.

all i know is use the best attachments, HIGH FOV, and turn off separate ads fov in settings or something like that.

Firing Aim Stability, Horizontal/vertical Recoil control and aim assist and it's a laser.

I hate playing against controller players. It's not an even match up and we all know it.

Even Pros and great players say all the time they can't beat controller aim assist with K&M.

In the top lobbies most players use an Aim Assist and Cronus Zen. The "Cronus Zen" should be banned but there is no ban for it on console.

So they will have no recoil at all.

even with the best attachment you still have some recoil, the zero recoil are just cheaters, be it cronus or software cheats.

sadly since season 1 there has been a rampant increase of cheaters and ricochet is pretty useless like always.

the first few weeks the game has been genuinely fun, now not anymore.

it was the same with MW2 btw.

been playing more zombies because of this.

they need to make ricochet way more effective because at this rate MP isn´t gonna be fun anymore.

No Ricochet on Consoles. They are not going to ban anyone on Console except for Racial or anti LGBT behavior. Gameplay ban ? Simply not going to happen.

probably because they would lose half the player base if they banned cronus users on consoles.

Yes, and watching the crocus videos on YouTube shows how disgusting it is. I know I've definitely played with folks using it and they still suck, just when they get you, they get you and never miss, ever.

Thank you to everyone who commented, and for the clarification! I didn't buy MW 2019 and at the launch of MWII I bought Cold War, but before that I played the entire original MW trilogy, almost all black ops until BO3, I also bought the failed AW but I couldn't play it due to lack of players. and Here at MWIII I'm having fun even with these annoying things that happen almost every lobby!
