why the F**K does it disable AIMING with TAC CAM

WHEN YOU GO INTO TAC CAM VIEW AND THEN HOLD X TO LEAVE, IT DOESNT LET YOU USE THE LOOK THUMBSTICK!!! YOU CANT AIM IN THE MIDDLE OF SEARCH AND DESTROY MATCHES!!!!!!!!!!! It breaks your players ability to turn and look up and down! like i get if the tac cam gets exposed to jammer or something it is unable to move or mark people, but when you LEAVE the TAC CAM VIEW, and go back to controlling your PLAYER, it doesnt let you look and turn! this is absurd!!!! what is the deal? if you use tac cam at all in search it puts your guy out of comission completely!
