OKAY IM NOT YELLING JUST MAKING THIS BOLD FOR ANYONE STILL LOOKING FOR A SOLUTION BUT COD RECOMMENDS AMD CARDS USE UPDATE 23.10.2 They bury this info on their cod site for some reason. I've changed to it and it hasn't crashed in 3 days, I've played ranked and zombies for hours and no errors at all. Also when you launch the game it will give you a warning about your drivers not being able to run the game just ignore it every time.
