same bro i have this issue ever since the new update
So again it's not the steam folder, it's the Call of Duty folder in your Documents, make sure your game is off when you do it, and once you delete it, start up Call of Duty.
Thanks for this, finally works. Theres so many outdated tips online but this worked well.
So i found a solution. You go to 'account & network' on cod, and then 'import legacy settings', then choose 'MW2 settings' it'll change some of your controller/keyboard and gameplay settings but none of you graphics. this worked for me and now i can join all of my friends
